Our foundation
A Better Way to Live
Rooted in biblical faith. Strengthened by healthy choices. Lived through adventure, compassion, community and purpose.
More than a website
Faith that moves us. Purpose that changes us.
Follow Me is a Christian lifestyle brand dedicated to sharing biblical encouragement and showing what a meaningful, active life can look like. We believe faith, fellowship, service, and healthy habits can help people find hope and direction.
From helping neighbors facing addiction or homelessness to hiking Maine trails, getting stronger, fishing, hunting, or exploring underwater, we want to share a life of possibility and purpose.
A message of hope, not judgment. A call to serve, not to look away.

Hope for People. Help for Communities.
Addiction and homelessness affect real people, families and neighborhoods. Follow Me aims to bring a Christian message of hope together with practical compassion and respect for every person's dignity.
As the outreach work develops, this space can feature volunteer opportunities, local resources, stories shared with permission, and ways to serve in Bangor, Maine and beyond.
Faith and healthy living can support recovery, but are not replacements for medical care or prescribed treatment. Do not stop medications without guidance from a qualified clinician.
